Compliance

Data protection built on transparency.

How we collect, store, protect, and process user records under South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) guidelines.

Our Commitment

Securing your personal engineering and career data.

At EarthForge Geo-Engineering, security is a core requirement, not an afterthought. Whether you are partnering with us on a corporate project or applying to our Career Accelerator, your data remains secure, uncompromised, and managed in full alignment with the law.

We execute routine input sanitization on all text blocks to block script injection attempts, ensuring data security from the moment you hit submit.

For official data modification inquiries or requests to purge records from our temporary processing logs, please reach out directly to our Information Officer at geo-engineering@earthforge.co.za.

The Framework

Legal Pillars & Safeguards

1. Information We Collect

We gather necessary personal indicators from our Contact and Career Accelerator forms. This includes identity details (Full Name, Academic Status), contact data (Email Address, Organization Name), and professional artifacts (University, Degree, LinkedIn profiles, and submitted CV files).

2. Purpose of Processing

Your personal information is used strictly to evaluate, route, and respond to platform submissions. This directly supports managing active technical project consulting inquiries, evaluating Career Accelerator applicant credentials, and maintaining web traffic security filters.

3. Third-Party Data Routing

EarthForge uses Resend as our secure transactional mailing API. Form inputs are transferred and securely processed via enterprise cloud server infrastructure located in Europe (Ireland, eu-west-1). These storage arrays comply strictly with POPIA Section 72 regulations.

4. Your Legal Rights (POPIA)

Under the South African Protection of Personal Information Act, you retain full legal sovereignty over your information. You have explicit rights to access your profile files, request formal corrections to outdated data, or command permanent deletion from our routing networks.
